New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSXV: NDR) (the "Company" or "New Dimension") is pleased to announce that Yamana Gold Inc. ("Yamana") its Joint Venture partner and Operator on the Domain gold project, located in northern Manitoba, has mobilized a drill rig to commence a 2,800 metre drill program. Yamana will conduct drilling on claims of which New Dimension has a 34.8% interest, as well as on a Mineral Exploration Licence wholly owned by Yamana. The program is anticipated to begin within the next week and is expected to take approximately 30 days to complete.
New Dimension has elected not to participate in funding its portion of the program and as a result will be diluted for non-participation in the Joint Venture. Should the Company's interest in the Joint Venture fall below a 10% threshold, its interest will be converted to a 1% net smelter return.
